Last night I met trukweaz, trigirlpink and the famous smartasscoach (Paulo) for dinner in Cambridge. We chat for a little while and it was fun listening to two very smart dudes talking about triathlon and coaching. And now that I have Paulo’s email I can harass him with tri questions! ;-)
With 10 days to go until FL I have schedule for today a hard swim and a short tempo run. The legs are feeling good and that’s always a good sign.
