The program includes: initial fitness assessment, past performance analysis, personalized day to day training, field testing, individual training levels per sport (power, HR, pace, RPE) body composition, nutritional programs, race execution plans, training & race day fueling plans and performance tracking/modeling.
We also examine sport specific bio-mechanics & technique performing swim stroke analysis, run gait analysis, functional strength analysis and equipment optimization (bike fit) and provide a strength program to complement your trainnig.We still have spots available for 2011.
